Every Monday at 12pm Central, we record our Patreon-exclusive podcast called Party Chat and we need your input! You can literally join the group discussion by clicking on the Stage in MinnMax’s Discord channel called MinnMax Party Chat. Raise your hand (there’s a button for that) whenever you want to talk and we’ll rotate everybody around. Using your phone as the mic is totally fine, there’s no video camera component for you. Otherwise, you can ask a question in the live chat (it helps if you tag MinnMax so it’s highlighted for us) or submit a question below

Please suggest a topic for us to cover on today’s show in the comments below. You can also jump on the call in Discord to cover any news we might have missed, any good shows you want to discuss, MinnMax’s latest or upcoming content, or any other questions you might have. For this episode we’re planning on talking a bit about…

  • Thor: Love and Thunder
  • Everything Everywhere All At Once
  • Playdate

We share the podcast version of Party Chat in the Patreon-exclusive podcast feed right after the show wraps up. Thanks again for your support, we look forward to your input on the show!

I saw Everything Everywhere All at Once over the weekend, and absolutely loved it! The story and characters really resonated with me (my mom is korean) and i teared up like 3 different times. But whats up with all the multiverse stories recently? Im getting tired of it already, but will still see Doctor Strange and the next spiderverse on opening weekends.

I’m seeing the “Everything…” movie later this week. Happy to hear PhillyYeetSteak enjoyed it! I decided to see Mr. Geller’s recommendation, RRR. It. Was. Bananas. Jacob undersold this movie’s….everything. And not for lack of trying! If you’re a fan of cinema and can accept long run time and subtitles, you may want to check this movie out. Imagine if you were told to make an action movie about the Indian Revolution, and make it like a Marvel movie with superheroes, and a musical with songs that describe the plot during montages, and a love story, and a bromance…it has it all! I’m sure plenty of folks will not enjoy this movie because it is so wildly different from American cinema. However, I urge anyone interested to go in with zero expectations and then just hang on for the ride!
