Ben Hanson interviews Shane Kim about his 20 years at Microsoft and the successes (Halo) and failures (red ring of death) of the Xbox's early years. Kim worked his way up in Microsoft to be the manager of Xbox game studios and eventually the corporate vice president of the interactive entertainment business before handing the reigns over to Phil Spencer. Kim then worked as a director at GameStop and eventually became the interim CEO before his retirement. We talk about what he learned from his time at GameStop and what he sees as the company's path to success. We hope you enjoy the interview!

Was wondering if he was gonna use the “Tylenol” example like Phil Harrison does when he’s asked about the RROD.
