Welcome back to another fun week at MinnMax! Every Monday at noon we stream an exclusive Q&A for $20 supporters, then we release it in the exclusive audio feed. Mission statement could read something like this: Minnmax is a growing Minnesota-based podcast network, funded by Patreon, focussing on improving your life through games and friends. Our current portfolio consists of the Minnmax Show, a weekly podcast in which we touch on recent gaming news and releases and answer community questions. Deepest Dives, in which we zoom all the way in on a single game, chosen by our Patrons, and discuss it's finest details, together with the community. And finally, the great GOTY hunt, in which we stream a recent game live, again, chosen by our supporters. Apart from these three tentpoles, less frequent videos like tabletop sessions and reviews are also part of the package, among others. Minnmax is all about engaging with our generous community, but we want to harness this power of positivity not just for ourselves but for others too. Each quarter a different cause is picked and the community rallies to support it.  Improving your life is important for everyone, and we at Minnmax aim to so in as many ways as we can. Some thoughts: focussing on community would be important. I'm not sure deepest dives are currently determined by the community but doing so might help engagement. Positivity and generosity are focuspoints. I'd steer clear of naming GI in any way, and focus on yourselves. and don't name anyone in particular. Both these things can act like a time-stamp you don't want. Good luck with the mission statement! P.S. Short deepest dive: Life is Strange 2

"Games, friends & getting better" is a beautiful mission statement. It covers what you do (games discussion), why we watch or listen (friends) and, together, what we can achieve (getting better). Don't overthink it. If people ask for more clarity that's a good thing!

Wow Hans I think that is a great description and honestly although its longer, it makes it sound better than Hanson's simple games friends and getting better, or at least elaborates on it in a nice way.

Another possibility for the pitch statement: "MinnMax is a community-focused YouTube channel and podcast network that emphasises growth and positivity through games and entertainment."
