I tried a new construction approach for these.  I didn't get the effect I wanted as it still looks overly smooth, even though I tried to crank up the normal and height values to get a good waistband.

Instead of basing the textures around a mesh, I tried to take an image and make a mesh around it.

I think I have to resort to saving for a ZBrush package.  That will take some time.

Still, they have a great shape for female characters and it's nice to have something like these for the Punchout-style game I'm trying to figure out.

Comes with the UV Layout for customizations.
