Popplio, Brionne, and Primarina are here!

The Gen 7 Water Starter family is finally here, joining our previously released Litten family. This set was actually a rather straight forward build, and I intended on getting this out earlier but ran into some other KK related problems, but thankfully it's all been resolved.

While Popplio and Primarina don't have their bubbles/music notes as floating accessories, for some reason I gave Brionne her own floating accessories and I don't really know why. I suppose she looked a bit barren without them. I had intentions to give simple 3D hearts around her skirt, but by now you should know exactly why that wouldn't work and would just look stupid. So instead, her skirt contains heart patterns around the rim.

The only real change made is with Primarina. Her back hair is, as usual, note something that can be done unless an actual mod was made and that just simply isn't happening here. Likewise, those pink pointy things aren't exactly feasible. I thought about adding them to her body regardless, since the original had them, but ultimately decided against it do it.. "Gameplay" reasons.
