You know, now that I listen to the Legendary Beast encounter music, I realized I've never really heard the full track. You don't really get a chance to, seeing as how as soon as you encounter one of them, they end up fleeing or Roar'ing and the battle ends after one turn, unless you use a Masterball or Yoloball (A Yoloball is when you say "Yolo" and throw a regular Pokeball in the 0.01% chance you'll actually catch a Pokemon).

Regardless, Entei's design utilizes the sprite for the most part, although there are slight differences. While the sprite does show off the "wings" of Entei, it's hardly noticeable. I've increased the size of them, to match the actual Pokemon, while also adding a secondary layer. Her hair is also using custom color mask to get the colors right.
