Togepi, Togetic, & Togekiss (Gen 4) are here!

Holy-Overlays-Batman! These three took more time to create outside of the studio than actually in the character creator, seeing as how I had to create the patterns in Gimp to make them look right.

I will say right off the bat that all 3 do have overlap with their outfits. Not all outfit slots, but most. As I didn't want to leave their outfits to be plain, I created some custom overlays for them as well, and I didn't want them to go to waste. On the other hand, they were a bit time consuming, so I couldn't really afford to make unique slots for ALL of them. Well, I could, but then this post will be delayed. Costs vs Benefits, I suppose!

They also boost the card size a good amount. Togepi is 1.3mb, Togetic is 1.7mb, and Togekiss is 1.8mb. 

All three of them feature semi-custom hair, while Togekiss has the more advanced, as her twintails have custom Color Masks loaded in to achieve the color effect shown off in the sprite.

All three have a few accessories tacked on for the fun of it, not shown in the sprites. For example, I added a "soothe bell" style choker to Togetic, to reflect the fact she needs high Friendship to evolve from Togepi.
