Rocket Grunt Hailey & her Dark Magneton are here!

Compliments to Hailey's sprite here, found randomly on Google. Dark Magneton's sprite was recolored by me.

RG Hailey is an additional Rocket member, something I've been wanting to do for awhile, so that eventually we have a full "team" for Team Rocket. She comes with a full set, some custom overlay, the usual. Her persona is sort of "Science-y", the idea being that she created her Magneton companion in a lab, her outfits should reflect this persona.

Dark Magneton is the real prize, though. As said before, I wanted to do a little extra with these Dark Moemon, not just a color change. For this one, Dark Magneton has a new, darker color palette (including outfit/accessory colors), new hair, a few new/altered outfits, and her head accessories have been adjusted to be more angular, as if she is a predator ready to strike.

By the way, Rocket Grunt Amy has been slightly updated as well.
