Mega Meganium is based on this fanart, which was done by the same person who did the Mega Typhlosion and Mega Feraligatr artwork used previously!

While none of them were used in the sprites, they were all used as some inspiration for these creations.

Mega Meganium's main featurette is her belly flower, which isn't copied over to her other outfit slots, since it is really supposed to be more of a part of her main outfit. The idea behind her is just a lot of stuff. Flowers, leaves, etc. I think the simple concept behind her is basically "a salad, but in the shape of a girl"
