Commpak - The queue-bothering proto-Powerpoint (Patreon)
Content
I’ve finally completed my new video. This one is about a format that few people chose to watch, but if you're old enough you might have been forced to experience it, whether at school, in the office, a sales presentation or even while waiting in a queue.
It’s a 1960s proto-Powerpoint that survived into the 80s and possibly beyond.
This has taken a while to put together so I hope it proves worth it. I might have to fast-track this one for a Sunday release as I haven’t put a lot out this month. Hopefully last week’s Patreon exclusive video goes some way towards making up for any reduced exclusivity window for this video.
Take care and have a good one.
UPDATE:
There have been complaints about background analog hiss that’s present for the last few minutes of the video. As I live with a similar sound inside my head 24/7 I hadn’t really noticed it. Following the feedback I’ve gone back, applied noise reduction and re-uploaded the video. I prefer hiss over NR artefacts, but I’m not the audience. The new video is the one embedded and linked to above.
