Apologies about the earlier post, I forgot it was scheduled to go live. I intended to delete it.

After editing the video I‘d made, I realised  it wasn’t in the slightest bit interesting, so I deleted it and planned to have another attempt when I felt a bit less tired.

Unfortunately the Patreon post was still published on schedule…with the dead video link.

I’ll repost the links I’d included last time as extras. I’ve added some context this time.

LINKS

Andre is a Patron and I thought some people might be interested to watch a short well-made video about his latest music project https://youtu.be/6WC7qjguILo

The chap who created the 2-XL must have seen my video about his toy as he’s recently issued a press release which mentioned the video.

Skip Intro’s VHD Travel/Language Discs

I copied across two VHDs for your ‘enjoyment’.

Even if in the past you enjoyed awkward/stilted and weird videos it’s likely you’ll still struggle to get through these. I’ve clipped out the short language learning repetition sections however on the US VHD one of those scenes briefly showed a still image of a movie marquee and the movie playing dated the clip to 1984.  So I’d assume both these titles are from that year. They were probably first published on LD.

Again, my apologies for the earlier mix-up.

Those VHD transfers are a pure snore fest - Who on the production team thought it was ok to have 2 actors interacting like NPCs? Just goes to show how entertainment has changed over the years lol

Not that I feel being a Patreon supporter a burden, but this is one of those times where I feel it really paid off. I was able to snag a BE-9H that was essentially new in a really grungy looking box for a fraction of of the other listings. The remaining were asking $150+ USD... and those listings remained until this video went public. If anyone here is still looking for one, there are a few listings for the BE-7 with seems to be a similar device, but I can't find any substantial information on what the differences between them are.

This is why I like to give as much of a head start as possible to Patrons - it's only right that you get to have an opportunity to pick any of these things up before the other 99.9% (?) of non-paying viewers pile in there.
