Me-Mow was going to assassinate Wildberry Princess only because she's a princess and Me-Mow needed that ticked off her list so she could become a full member assassin or something like that. It was mentioned in the episode. And she is female, I double checked from the Adventure Time wiki. Apparently Me-Mow is a fan made character, drawn by some little kid.

I think the joke is that fruit people only eat meat. . Finn got hurt pretty bad in the dungeon episode where he and Jake went in separately.

I think Jake shrunk his hand in stead of enlarge is nose because it could wake Me-Mow up? The vial with the antidote is tiny, so his normal size hand would just either bump into Me-Mow when trying to take it, or potentially grab Me-Mow, the antidote and the poison needle. I think at least
