April Second Update Cycle Charged post! (Patreon)

Like the previous month, to prevent having issues with timezones and other platform considerations, I will be making the charged posts for our update cycles now, and afterwards make the Librarium Statics base releases for Thieves & Bandits and Steampunk Dwarves!  thanks everyone for your wonderful suggestions and support!
