Update to how this Patreon works (Patreon)

Hi,

I just want to give you a quick heads up of two upcoming changes.

Firstly, I will be enabling upfront billing for new patrons. Secondly, new releases will no longer be attached to the post, instead you'll get a message containing a download link.

These will be in effect starting from the TittyMagic 5 early access release, which will happen in a few days time - as soon as I have cobbled together a release video and written up the posts that will be published here and on the Hub. There was a bit more work than I expected in implementing the remaining features and finalizing the code - but it's all done now, and I will be detailing those changes in the release post.
