Changes:

  • Fixed most of the jittering in breast depth morphs at 45Hz physics rate.
  • Depth morphing follows a smooth curve now, so that it doesn't take effect so easily at the slightest changes in nipple position and cause morphs to oscillate
  • A possible fix to an issue where breasts can "jump" for no apparent reason.
  • Fixed compatibility with scenes/saves using version 2.1 in Touch Optimized mode when user only has 3.1.1+ installed. The plugin will now load correctly. (You will still get errors about 2.1 morphs referenced in the scene save file not being found, but you can just ignore those.)

I didn't figure out the exact cause of the "jumping" issue, just that it's probably related to the pectoral joint being used in the calculation of the amount of depth morphing. If this issue persists, I'll keep investigating.

There's still a little bit of depth morph jittering left at 45Hz, but it's nowhere near as drastic as it was in 3.1.0. It is probably caused by the pectoral joint as well (morphing the breast feeds back into the pectoral joint position, which feeds back into the amount of depth morphing). The recommended solution is to just use at least 60Hz physics rate, 45Hz just doesn't look great anyway. If you're using Auto physics rate, it's probably at 72Hz - in this case, if your game is running at 60 fps (either with VSync, frame rate limiting or due to VR), try 60Hz instead. It will be a bit smoother when fps and physics rate are the same.

Also, a note on frame rate - low fps is also a bit problematic for Animation optimized mode. To ensure smooth animation of breast morphs, try to get your frame rate to at least 50. It depends on the scene how much frame rate will matter for the morph animations, but in general, low fps can make them appear jerky. YMMV, of course - at the risk of sounding snobbish, I'm personally very used to high frame rates and smooth motion on screen.

That's it for now!
