Back from "Vacation" (Patreon)

My dear friends,

I am back from vacation, if you can call it that. 

In fact, I was on vacation exactly one day where an old physical problem hit with full force - and sent me home with lots of pain pills intus shortly after. However, it is not only the body that shut down, but also my long-term depression - which is why I actually wanted to switch off on vacation. Since then I have been in treatment and today I had a final talk with my Doc about what should comes next.

Until this morning I had the hope that I will avoid an operation, which was scheduled for mid-August, but in fact I will not be spared this time. Fortunately, I can go home a few days later. 

Therefore I already have my computer (and my imagination) running at full speed again to have the usual content again next week, but also to provide you with lots of bimbofication, breast expansion and transgender content during the time I'm in the hospital.

Please forgive me if an upload doesn't take place as usual, the painkillers are really hard and sometimes I have the feeling that I'm completely beside myself - that's why I try to keep the conversations as short as possible. My feelings are currently abruptly and chaotic to the highest degree.
