Happy New Year together (Patreon)

Hello all,

Today is the time, the old year 2022 is almost history and the new year 2023 is in the starting blocks. Time for me to draw a small conclusion.

For me as a human, the year was strongly marked by negative influences. The Covid pandemic seems to be almost over, but appearances were deceptive all too often. The barbaric Russian war of aggression against Ukraine where innocent people on both sides lose their lives or health, the bloody protests of the courageous people of Iran against the backward, religious Mullah regime, the constant threats of China against Taiwan, famine, corruption, climate change, a former U.S. President with orang colored skin who still stirs up hatred and reservations in the land of "freedom" and finally the death of my own father, who was very important for me for almost 45 years. ..all this and much more leaves me bitter, sad and also angry, but mostly empty inside. Freedom and peace for all people worldwide has become more distant than it has been in a long time.

As an artist here on Patreon, however, the year was mostly positive. Almost on 6 days each of the 52 weeks at least 1 to 3 images per day were uploaded. All in all, well over 800 images, if I can believe my "Insight" representation. Also the number of supporters, which varies from month to month, has increased on average. January '22 started with about 230 supporters, December '22 ends with about 370 supporters. However, these 52 weeks are not complete so I have had to use a total of 5 weeks, including right now, to recharge my inner battery - or to find my own focus again.

What I wish for 2023 I easily expressed, but an illusion. I wish that worldwide the weapons are silent and peace and harmony takes hold, jheder enough to eat, drink and has a roof over his head. 

People would not be persecuted and mistreated because of their gender, their sexuality, their faith, their skin color or other things. That not always the evil, the insane and unscrupulous seem to win the victory, but peace, humanity and happiness finally gain the upper hand and hold in the world.

I am very grateful to see so many people worldwide here on Patreon as well as on DeviantArt, to write and to entertain through my content. And so I wish you all a happy new year 2023. From 09 January it starts again, until then, I wish you a great time.
