Hey all, and a Happy New Year!

Here's our first content push for 2024. Let's get started!

The MAD Cartographer - Modular Madness

As a reminder, this month's theme is Modular Madness, where we're bringing massive updates to our past modular themes, almost doubling the amount of content. This first drop focuses on Modular Caverns, but we'll also be hitting Modular Dungeons and Downtown buildings this month, as well as some transitional tiles to allow you to move between caverns and dungeons on the same map gracefully!

Underwater Caverns

This content drop adds 175 new tiles to our Modular Caverns, bringing coral and kelp choked variants to all of the twisting and turning corridors from Modular Caverns. Some of the existing modular caverns rooms wouldn't make sense flooded (such as camps) so we've even created a number of new rooms to replace them, as well as swapping the previous 'pit' variants out for a deeper, underwater 'abyss' variant.

As a reminder, Foundry users are able to update their Modular Caverns module to gain these new tiles, where the Token Attacher module allows you to add and rotate these tiles to build your own configuration of drowned cavern!

The detail and ambience that have gone into these 175 tiles are guaranteed to bring an atmospheric tension to any underwater spelunk your players find themselves on!

pCloud has been updated with this content, which you can access through your Theme Master List and the Foundry VTT module is updated and ready to be downloaded.

Next for Modular Madness - Dungeons Preview!

The next content drop for Modular Madness is Dungeons, and we have over 50 new dungeon feature rooms to expand your dungeon repertoire; including vaults, a series of sewer chambers, a wizard's banquet, and a rather morbid gallows viewing gallery. Here's a very small preview!

Vampire Hunters

Rudolph Van Richten's Tower

Tucked away near the Wolf Run region of Barovia, this abandoned tower has had several inhabitants recently, though they may be trying to elude a meeting with your party. This large and complex map offers a tower spanning 4 floors, where players can either climb the treacherous scaffolding outside, or ride an elevator to the top of the tower - both making use of the Levels and Better Roofs Foundry modules to create a dynamic experience.

Variants are this map are available for Day/Night, as well as with/without Ezmerelda's booby-trapped wagon.

For the supplement content of the tower, we've once again teamed up with our friend LunchBreakHeroes, who has generously allowed us to share the fantastic supplementary content from his Raising the Stakes guide. This has been loaded into Foundry and is ready for you to read and use in journal entries, including meeting Buster, the new NPC found within the tower!

The gallery has been updated with this content, as well as pCloud, which you can access through your Theme Master List and the Foundry VTT module is updated and ready to be downloaded.

MÅD Borg - Free 66.6pg Primer!

To bring in the new year for The MAD Network we've just launched a new Patreon for our rules-light OSR d20  modern apocalypse RPG: MÅD Borg!

Created by ourselves and Tony from OddGobGames, this is our modern apocalypse setting and rules hack using the Mörk Borg system. You can download our FREE 66.6pg PRIMER from the Patreon to check it out!

There's enough core content to start playing straight away, whether a one-shot or beginning your campaign, and comes complete with an abandoned supermarket dungeon crawl: Welcome to Walmört!

That's all for today, folks. We're excited to get back next week with Modular Dungeons, and previews of what else is coming!

Until then...

Keep Rollin' those 20's, folks!
