Hey all!

It's time for part 2 of this month's content. Let's get to it!

The MAD Cartographer - Frozen

Under the Ice

This map presents a small camp out on a thick icy lake, surrounded by endless snow and icy outcrops. Near the camp, a thinning spot on the ice reveals a strange horror beneath. Variants of this map have been included for Evil Eye, Strange Things, Crack , Massacre, and Alien Ship.

As an added treat, we've also included a special version of the map where there is high translucency on the thin ice, meaning that Foundry users (and others with the appropriate VTT) are able to place an image underneath, allowing you to hide your own horrible surprises under the ice!

Icehaus

A remote tavern or resort tucked away out in the farthest chilly climes, these small buildings have been built out of blocks of ice and serve as an important respite stop for those trying to brave the journey to the far North. Several homes and amenities are included. Foundry users are able to enter all of the buildings, or climb on top of them!

Ice Spider Hollow

This two-level map starts out with a simple snowy forest, with day and night variants included. Characters will quickly find a crevice leading down into a sprawling frozen cave network, littered with desiccated remains and huge webs, stiff with frost.

For the intrepid explorer, a hole can be broken in one of the icy pools within the cavern, allowing a character to brave the freezing waters and swim through a tunnel to a small treasure cache. Foundry users are able to trigger this using an active tile included in the scene, which will break open a portion of the ice!

The Tser Pool Encampment

One of the earliest iconic locations a group encounters in Barovia, for many this is where their quest begins in earnest as they meet Madam Eva, the welcoming Vistani, and perhaps even receive their Tarokka reading. This map recreates the Tser Pool Encampment, with every single tent and wagon able to be entered or climbed onto. Variants are included for Day/Night.

This fully ambient map with dynamic lighting and sound really should be loaded up and explored in detail to be appreciated!
