Awwww poor little guy... So glad you managed to find and return the little one to mum. A drone must make it so much easier to keep an eye over such a large area.

I suspect it isn't really your thing, but there is an active bounty program in Utah for Coyotes. It might not be a terrible idea to find someone to thin them out for you.

We thin em on our ranch ourselves. And we bring in deer hunters for the spare deer. When the pheasants have a large population those are hunted. Same for turkey. Just gotta do it. But, we also keep hunters off the ranch when populations are thin for any critter & let it rebuild for a few years. 😊
