Thanks for the clarification! Above all else facts are most important. I appreciate your accountability and attention to literally ALL the details! When I choose to support someones endeavor seeing the failure is just as important as the success. BTDUBS... can't wait for the full uranium series! I actually have a whole set of "science ware" that dont get used for eating. most are burned or discolored and that distinguishes them.

the one he uses i believe is the same as mine, a GMC-320+ I bought mine from UnitedNuclear.com I have mine mounted on the wall powered by usb, interesting to see current background radiation at a glance, normally between 0.07-0.14uSv/h for me.

Not to be overly critical, but I wish the flat earth thing would just be ignored. Talking about it just gives them (and the idea itself) more power.

It's probably worth noting that even though the explanation was incorrect, the flat earther version would still lead to a wildly different set of observations.
