What happened to the "Killing Turkeys" video that was posted earlier? Was it a bot experiment or a real video?

I've always been curious about the formation of Caesium auride (<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caesium_auride)," rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caesium_auride),</a> and Cody has all the materials sitting around ready to try it out...

That teaser was the best/worst! I can't wait to see what you do with the thorium. Tiny thorium reactor? ;)

Hey Cody, have you thought about trying to make a telescope with a rotating pool of mercury?

How old is that mantle, Cody? It could be yttrium based if new.

Little question, Most liquid tend to go up the conatiner but mercury goes down instead. I mean on the glass you can see the mercury form a 'dome shape' inside the tube as water would form U shape. I assume it has something to do about surface tension but what makes the Mercury behave reserve?

Razor blades are from "Does Light Push?", easily seen at 2:09.

Hey Cody, long time lurker / first time poster here. I have been a very big fan of yours for a very long time and hope your wisdom goes as far and wide as it can. I just saw a video that said "no intro / outro because you're almost out of bandwitdth"... with the upcoming FCC net neutrality fiasco, maybe you could get the message out to your many followers about contacting their local representatives to show their support for NOT changing the net neutrality rules, before it's too late? If they do, you and others like you will have even _less_ bandwidth very soon... Sorry to bring politics here but they are threatening your very medium! Thanks for all the vids and entertainment, rock on! :-)

Meniscus contact angles are a function of intermolecular attraction/repulsion between the liquid and the container material. <a href="https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Contact_angle" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Contact_angle</a>#Typical_contact_angles
