There's a bit of audio desync when you are pouring into the settling column, not a big deal though

I'm impress at all the process it takes. That fake maple syrup we call that 'du sirop de poteaux' roughly translated from quebecois to 'telephone pole syrup'. If any of you ever come north of the border in spring you need to try the 'cabane à sucre'.

Yeah that happened because the fist shot with the audio was horribly out of foucous and the second shot didn't have any audio. Solution? Combine them! lol

The dark band might be a result of proteins or other macromolecules that are associated with a specific length of starch. Just a guess.
