My stocky and muscular friend came by for a good round of squashing! He's 5' 10" and 240 pounds so I figured he could take some additional punishment. Everyone always says they can handle me, but when we start squashing there's some positions that give them more trouble than others, and I think some squashees think these are a little unfair of me 😉

You're not always going to be able to breathe - I think you can tell in this video which positions he could breathe decently in and which he couldn't. Then the trick becomes - how long can you go without breathing? Some can last longer than others and some need longer breaks than others between positions. I like to give people just enough time to catch a few full breaths before I move to a different spot.

I spent some additional time on the easiest squashing positions (me laying on top of him with my full body) to give him a fighting chance to acclimate to my weight, before shifting to the more challenging positions!
