* I usually send the welcoming package to new patrons every two weeks, if it takes longer notice me through the patreon message system please ( it may be my fault or a problem with the email).
* Sometimes my emails do not arrive correctly to patrons, so if you don't receive a release or you feel like you missed something notice me through the patreon message system too, usually just sending it again will solve the issue.
