Once he obtains a Trait/Title, it will show up in a Divine Scan. The Titles System is possessed by all Deities, but you don't have to be a Deity to possess it. There are some out there that have it that aren't a Deity. That said, it's almost entirely just Deities that possess it.

No, the Trait/Title is an individual thing. The entire species can get the Titles System IF they Ascend and become a member of the Tribe of Deities! But that is an extraordinarily difficult task to accomplish.
