Dear patrons!

We grossly underestimated the amount of work that was required to adapt our melee animations from Blender to Unreal Engine. 😅
And despite spending many days on it, we just don't have enough assets this month to really "justify" a paid release like the ones we usually deliver.
Even though the "Per Creation" system on Patreon would allow us to do so, we decided it was best not to publish anything rather than perhaps making you feel "cheated" or "short-changed" with a very small release.
Incidentally, this proves to be a great opportunity for us to demonstrate why we chose the "Per Creation" system, or in our case the "Per Release" system, as opposed to the "Per Month" subscription.
By not publishing a "release", or "paid post", none of you will be debited any money this month.
Don't worry though, this is exceptional, we will publish a release next month and we still very much love making animated assets! Nothing has changed. 🙂
We should maybe have realized sooner that we wouldn't have enough time but we really wanted to make some progress on these melee attacks whilst it was still fresh in our minds and we did, which is the good news.
We're actually very happy about how they're shaping up. We'll be able to make new trail variations, with more defined themes, more easily and looking better too! 😎
The wind stream auras that we planned are shaping nicely as well and we have lots of ideas to make some variations that could work for the PF2e community and the popular Kineticist but again, we didn't want to rush things.
Thank you all so much for your support and your understanding and we'll see you next month. ❤️

Automated Animations no longer works in most use cases for Foundry V12 and onwards. Is there anything on the table to help them work in the future? Right now they're a big part of why I subscribe to JB2A.
