Compromising the profit? (Patreon)

7th of 8 Posts for Sept: "Economy shipping" sucks, it's so slow.  I'm tempted to ship flat-rate boxes, but they are more expensive.  However, I don't have to pay for the box and i don't have to think so hard and compare all the shipping options making the labor cheaper.  UPS puts it in a truck or it costs a lot.  That doesn't work well when you are on the East Coast.  USPS puts it on an airplane.  We've shipped stuff the day you ordered it (M-F) for a month now but soon I want to extend that to Saturdays and pick the faster shipping and see if that breaks the bank.  Mix that with a convenient price match guarantee system and it should be a no brainer for anyone to buy from our store.

The 25% Patron discount is for helping us break test the store.  The actual supporter system in the store will be done next week and whoever signs up for that gets 20% off for the year they sign up.  I'll go into that more later but I'll let you grab what you want from our MASSIVE DMM, CAMP, Beal and Metolius orders at 25% off... then we'll transition.  

My friends outside the USA, don't worry!  Once we get everything in stock and it doesn't take us 20 minutes to cut 10 feet of 3mm accessory cord, I'll work on shipping internationally again.

Short 2: Many people thought the accident at Seneca Rock was from the rope getting pinched and creating a really high force on the rope.  This short talks about how the cam doesn't show signs of high force and the ACTUAL rope was tested at super good enough.  It was probably a sharp edge issue?
