Hello again Patrons!

Hopefully you're all enjoying your Undercover Operatives this month, and are ready for the next theme we've been working on!

April is Gothic Tech Horror..   a familiar concept but our very own terrifying original take..  These monstrous shock infantry are muscular, hunched brutes, but are still fully compatible with our male regiments sets and Rifle Stock weapons from prior months.

With a huge array of separate components, you can make approximately 2000 unique combinations of rifle equipped infantry, and almost 10,000 unique melee equipped infantry!

Rifle Build with a choice of two weapons (and compatible with ANY of our rifle stock weapons):

Melee Build with a choice of Pistol, Sword or Shock Baton with many possible arm poses:

To lead your shock troops into battle we present the squad 'sergeant' - a mechanical monstrosity with two pairs of arm joints.

The ones to the fore are compatible with our male Regiments ranged weapon arms, or other 2-handed posed weapons, while the second, higher back pair can be used for any kind of single-handed melee or pistol style weapon!

Here are all the separate components which you can use as is, or mix and match with our other digital kits:

There's fifteen unique upper bodies on offer for the Tech Horrors; three unique torso sculpts with three different head styles! An unsettling insectoid gasmask, a serene, yet ghastly deathmask, and the 5 unique faces of some tech-thralls. Each is posed with varied sight lines, at the end of a thick trunk of cables and hoses, serving as their neck.

Above you can see a three-quarter, and side profile shot of each of the three torso styles, with the first featuring a tangle of hoses and cables, the second a trio of exhaust vents, and the final being an external power source, or perhaps containers of whatever fluids these beings require to function.

Each posed face/neck is a separate shell, so swapping them out, or mixing and matching between head and torso styles is easy! But there'll be more on that in the Multi-shell breakdown post coming early next month!

There's also one of each torso provided that has an open Regiments neck joint, capable of fitting many of our previous month's head options. Which would you choose to combine them with?

Below are the set of stand-alone heads we've created, that will allow you even greater flexibility in choosing your miniature's sight line, or can bring a lobotomised tech-thrall, or creepy mannequin aesthetic to any of our previous month's themes!

As we have chosen to use the male Regiments joints for this month's content, we have created two distinct styles of legs that can be used to vary the look of your infantry. First up are the more humanoid of the two styles of legs;

And here are the Digitigrade style legs. The elongated foot and toe joint give your infantry force a more graceful feel, or enable them to cover ground faster! These legs raise your miniature up an additional 2mm higher, versus their more humanoid counterparts;

Your squad of terrifying technological monstrosities wouldn't be complete without weapons to carry out their grizzly task, and we've made these varied armaments quite literally the arms of our miniatures!

We've integrated the Rifle-Stock joints directly on to the right forearm of the Tech-thralls, making the separation point of man and machine even more blurred, while leaving the left hand as a C-clamp, more than sufficient for manual reloads and holding other simple objects, but not much more. The Melee weapons and pistol options are similarly provided as a total replacement for the hands;

With an increased diversity of melee arms and weaponry on offer, you can make some very dynamically posed combatants - all still using our Regiments open wrist joints, that make these melee weapons and pistol, fully compatible with all our previous Regiments releases, and releases still to come!

Who needs fingers when your weapons can be surgically grafted to your forearms?

We'll finish with a few more cinematic renders of the multiple ways you can build your squads of grim partially mechanised infantry:

We hope you're as excited by this upcoming release, as we are! Check back next week for the download links and a post giving you a full breakdown of the multi-shell elements!

This month has seen the Patreon subscriber numbers growing, unlocking more content for the Gothic Tech Horrors! We'll be showcasing that in an upcoming post too, so make sure to check back soon for that.

Thank you once again for all your support, everyone!

Eager to try using your drone fans as the top arms of your leader figure.

The absolute tease of obvious fold down face visor without the option included. SCANDAL I say scandal! ;)
