Hello Patrons,

If you were a subscriber in November+December+January, you should now have received a download link for the first ARMOURgeddon loyalty Reward, the Goliath Heavy Assault Mech. If you've not received a link and think you should have done, please check your email junk folder before contacting us.

Here is a first look at the rough draft of our next loyalty reward for February+March+April, The Diesel Punk Medium Mech!

This huge and highly detailed kit will be delivered for FREE to Patrons who are signed up for the consecutive months of February + March + April.

The models working title is 'Diesel Punk Medium Mech' because its modular chassis is considerably larger than our 'Light Mech' Chassis kits (Original Light Mech + Goliath Assault Mech).

This is going to be by far the largest kit we have ever made.

(Someday it would be fun to work on a Modular Heavy Mech Chassis, but thats a project for 2024 and beyond!)

Those of you familiar with Games Workshop Mechs (We suspect most of you) will likely recognise the overall form and scale which makes this an ideal proxy miniature, but aside from the rough proportions, you can expect an entirely original design, channelling similar ideas to those used on our recent Diesel Punk Exo-Lords.

You can expect:

  • Various Weapon options and optional components for customisation(exact layout TBC).
  • Fully poseable limbs and interior detailing.
  • Fully hollowed and optimised for fast and cost effective printing.
  • Broadly compatible with any future 'Medium Chassis' mech kits.

Look out for a detailed reveal very soon!

Thanks

Team Anvil

Is this design deserving of contempt? Or in search of redemption? Or could it be either?

This particular kit is certainly in search of redemption, but the beauty of a modular chassis is that future kits will vary the weapon load out so it can proxy as all sorts of mechs, not just limited to just 40k - as while 40k is certainly popular, it's not everyone cup of tea.
