I actually feel bad that this is my first thought of all things... but it just occurred to me, if we get to see his bumhole, and it's as anatomically lifelike as the rest of him, then this pic would be one-of-a-kind because I've never seen a realistic bear bumhole anywhere in anthro art. On a more mature note, I'm loving the face's fur lines and ear fluff...

Well maybe il wag the tail to the side just a little. I just dont want the pose too look too forced with the tail straight up.

Looking good! I have to agree with the other comment, would love to see some of his tailhole. Very little out there.

It wouldn't come across as forced, depending on what you're going for: Wagging or flagging would seem teasing or inviting. However, if your intent is for him to just be stretching, and spotted the viewer blundering about behind him, then you nailed it!
