Whats New

- Expanded Clothing Presets

I have added some more buttons to the existing preset menu (the one which loads your presets https://imgur.com/APRbxu6). 

And I have added 2nd clothing preset menu with presaved presets (https://imgur.com/doXtVGa). 

- Modded POV Function

I had a little request to make the POV view directly looking on the girl by activation. Also I added some more camera Spawn Points, cause sometimes the camera view was somewhere on the floor after turning off POV.

- Look Mode Toggle

This is another little request I had. It adds a possibility to turn off the change of the eye target of the girl. When you remove the checkmark from here https://imgur.com/jm86GeI the girl will not look down anymore on some occasions. 

- Brightness Slider

Some people told me that the scene is still a bit to dark. So I have added "Brightness" slider. It mostly changes the range and little bit intensity of the lights.

I have been experimenting a bit with adding 3rd lighting source, but its eather almost not noticable or it messed up the shadows (especially on hairs) :/


Fixes/Changes

- Removed the gimmicky "spooky" effects from L3

Completely removed all the effects from 3rd lighting option. Now there is only creepy ambiente track playing. You can change the volume of it or completely turn it down via the slider which appears when you press the L3 button. https://imgur.com/jag791Z 

- Fixed "Pause Button" not showing up on the main part

Thats next on my list :) Did not come to add it into this update, since I wanted to release it today. Will be tricky though but not impossible :D

Some smart improvements. Youre on the right track. Be good to see the vr overhauled in time. Present clothing is a great idea lol ;) I'll miss the horror haha I was starting to develop a thing for ringu girls haha Keep up the good work TGC

Ah shit I was sleepy and forgot to mention that I made the camera prerotate only when the girl is in one of sex positions. When she sits or stands the prerotation is deactivated, otherwise the POV view of the guy would look into the floor. I will see if there is a better solution to this, so you could stay in POV mode and camera would adjust. Currently the only idea I have includes making an automatic trigger to turn off POV then prerotate and then turn on POV again. But its kinda a bit crappy, cause it would decrease immersion.

What do you mean "prerotate"? Add x degrees to the x-rotation of the viewport in Embody to "pitch down"? Maybe use Embody's built-in trigger (Embody.58 needed) - you can add trigger actions on activate/de-activate? Sorry if you've already thought of that ....

Nah all fine :D That was my second idea though :P (Tried to change the head rotation of the dude in pose presets first) But both of these were messing with the camera axes. Changing head angle of the dude on pose presets messed with Y axis of the Passenger (https://www.redgifs.com/watch/hurtfulbuoyantlocust). Presetting X-Rotation in Embody or Passenger had the effect that camera would tilt almost 90 degree when you look left or right. But I found out that the Passenger plugin conserves the camera angle. So if you would look down like 45 degrees prior to activating it, you would still look down in the same angle after activation of the plugin. So now the POV mode is triggered with Blend Brick which prerotates the camera with angled Spawn Point prior to activating the Passenger plugin. The current problem is that I turned off the prerotation Spawn Point when the girl sits or stands, otherwise the dudes POV would look onto the floor. Easiest solution which comes to mind would be a trigger which turns off POV mode(when POV is active) and retriggers the blend brick, when girl switches from like sitting to sex position. This moment would look a bit crappy though. But I still would roll with it, when I don't find a better solution, cause it would last for like 0.1 second.

@Hun73rdk I had a suggestion to add something like a tablet for VR with all the important buttons, which is pretty sexy solution for that. Would need to setup and test it first though. Also I could add an UI-Assist preset for this scene. So I will be adding at least one of them (or both) this month.

Practically an EON ... ;) Srsly? If your OCD-brain keeps pestering you, maybe cover it up with a fadeout/fadein? 0,1 seconds ...

Errrrrh - what about using the eyetarget atom? (the little "eyeshaped" thingy that always seems to get in the way) to prerotate? https://github.com/acidbubbles/vam-embody/wiki/Passenger 1) You can set the option in Embody for viewport to track the eyetarget ("look at eyetarget" Passenger-subplugin), with an additional "look at weight" to determine how hard it is to look away from the eyetarget (with either Thumbstick or headtracking). Then you just attach the eyetarget anywhere to the girl you want the dude to look at? 2) Additionally - in "Passenger-Embody", if you set both lock-options (lock position, lock rotation), the user can control the viewport with the right thumbstick? (also the default with the builtin "Freelook"-preset) I use it like a pilot would use a "trim tab" - to set the direction the viewport is facing when my head is facing straight ahead IRL. Again, sorry if you know already ...

Aaaaah Case no need to apologize for trying to help me! Just tested it (btw did NOT knew/see that Embodys integrated passenger plugin had this "focus on eye target mode" :D) Which is pretty good to know! So thank you for that tip too :) Unfortunately there are some cons with using Embody, instead of standalone Passenger, which I just noticed. I would not be able to setup height or depth UI sliders. There are no value options appearing, when I select Embody plugin in the slider triggers menu. Also after deactivating Embody (even after completely removing it from the scene) I still had a tilt on free camera look, when you look left or right in desktop mode https://www.redgifs.com/watch/outstandingbuoyantwolverine Not sure how I achieved it though xD (this happened after messing around with eye target mode and locking position and rotation) At last (and maybe the most important one) Embody is very popular and powerful plugin and probably many people are already using it with this scene on their own. So it could be unproductive, when I setup triggers which will mess around with some settings of Embody. So I am going to keep this prerotating method and try to keep my OCD regarding 0,1 sec retriggering the POV view at bay xD Fade out and in would be a bit too much during this short time span. So I just roll with it for now for the next update and if I get better idea I still can mod it in another update :)

" You mean the "height" and "depth" sliders that appear both the normal Passenger plugin & Embody have, but with Embody, you can't see them in the Triggersystem? Means AcidBubbles hasn't registered the corresponding JSONstorables. I'll tell him & ask him to fix that - not just for your scenes: It's a hugely popular & usefull plugin. It should be as accessible to plugins & triggers as possible.

Haa seems like my assumption regarding many people are using Embody with this scene was correct, so I am definitely not going to mess around with its settings. At least as long as it can be avoided :D @CaseEP Yepp exactly it looks like the value storables are not registered. When I select Embody in UIslider trigger, there is nothing to choose at all. With Passenger there is like all positional, rotational axes and some other options to choose from.

When exactly does it crash? Directly at the beginning? Also does it come to physic explosion prior to crashing? And at what physic rate are you playing?

Hi, thanks for caring! VR mode, physics rate is set to 45hz, physics update cap to 2. I don't know if explosion is the right word - insertion does not seem to work properly, and it comes to some kind of "mini-explosion" before crashing - limited to male gens. If you need more info for reproduction, tell me and i will provide it, if i can :-)

Hey sure! So, I managed to reproduce it in desktop mode aswell easily. As soon as I changed physics rate to 45Hz I had the same weird male gens movement prior to crashing on missi1 desk position. Tested 2 other positions (missi1 and missi2 on bed) and had explosions there too after a while (but without weird moving penis this time). Looks like the insertion mode does not work with 45Hz physics rate. Not really sure why. I will test more positions and see what can be changed to make it more stable or completely get rid of explosions. In the meantime you could try to play with phys rate on "auto".

Happy to hear that! I will try to make this working with 45Hz anyway, cause its more performance friendly.
