FINDING SOBRIETY - DAY 2

I'm not expecting much change from today, but it's a first step and that feels good.

The room spinning thing, to me, sounds like dehydration. I tend to get similar feelings when I don't have actual water for awhile. Gatorade and water definitely help me fight those feelings off. Also sorry if my phone butchers this, it's acting really posessed when it comes to Patreon.

I have to wonder. Since you say that you are 'drunk' in most of your gaming videos and that you manage to hide it well (which I would agree on if that's really the case), how fucking much did you have to drink during that one video of Half-Life where you were completely and utterly smashed? You were like stereotypical annoyingly drunk in that vid, and I actually remember thinking that I hoped that wasn't a frequent occurrence. You should watch that video of yourself as a reminder of what never to do again.

Day 2; You're down to 21. That's a little shy of 5% decrease. Stay hydrated. Track your progress. "How can I make alcohol withdrawl fun / funny?" Don't worry about it for one. Document the things. I agree with others on the potential for dehydration. Stock up on Gatorade or something equivalent to boost your hydration, and especially given it's summer (and who doesn't want to stay cooler, in the summer?) make sure you're noting things. I went to look for what you might e heading towards as far as symptoms; but all of these are like 'the immediate 8 hours after the last drink' which might be avoided... But also gives lots of pointers as to what can be expected. http://americanaddictioncenters.org/withdrawal-timelines-treatments/alcohol/

Straight ahead, don't deviate and maintain your speed. The hardest part of anything is the start, so as long as you keep this up fir the first week, it ought to get easier day by day. As others have said, stay hydrated, make sure you're eating good food, and take a walk every hour or two to keep your blood flowing. Sitting flat out on your ass all day is just as bad as smoking, according to some studies. Keep at it, I'm here behind ya! :)
