the good and the bad is so good you gotta listen!! i think i recommended it back in 2020 along with his zach sang interview that gives great insight into the stories behind some of the tracks & his life in general! it sucks that he fumbled the bag when it comes to his relationship with jazzy BUT nevertheless the album is an incredible work of art that essentially tells his life story & you should def check it out!!

I'm so fucking relieved you included the One Last Time at the White House; I was so worried you were gonna somehow miss it Btw if you want more Christopher Jackson, PLEASE react to the Original Broadway Cast Album of In The Heights. He plays Benny and Lin-Manuel is the lead (Usnavi). Plus imo the actors who play Nina (Mandy Gonzalez) and Vanessa (Karen Olivo) are much better singers than the movie actors. And the whole album is more vibrant and less autotuned than the movie's.

you mentioned educators using Hamilton to teach classes and I wanted to point out that the show did have an entire program called EduHam to bring kids to the theater so they could create and perform their own pieces as songs, rap, scenes etc. It eventually became an online project and it's still pretty cool https://hamilton.gilderlehrman.org/

The Mind Over Matter music video is sooooo good and it really sucks because Anthony allegedly ended up cheating on Jasmine (Cephas Jones, who played Peggy & Maria Reynolds). They met at Hamilton, got engaged, he cheated, and they are no longer together. Jasmine co-stars in the video and also sings in the song

Hamilton Germany is releasing an EP next week with 16 songs! I honestly never thought I would love a translated version of anything so much. I even think some of the German lyrics are better than the English ones lol Such a shame that after 3 years of translation, the musical is already being cancelled after one year this October. I've seen it live multible times in Hamburg and it keeps getting better each time

I hope you then do leslie odom Jr's performance of without you from rent which he was on the Broadway cast before it closed and its one of my fave live performances that i watch at least twice a week...also his performance of his Oscar nominated song speak Now from one night in Miami. I wish he had performed the song with the audience but covid ruined it but he still gave an amazing performance that gives me chills ❤️

Im from germany so im sitting and waiting for our tour dates. If she doesn't come to Germany im throwing myself off the balcony. Could go to rep tour cause she only did England for Europe and I was 15 at the time and lover fest in berlin got canceled

When Hamilton was in development, just Lin-Manuel performed songs at the White House by himself. 2. This was recorded around the time President Obama was leaving the White House and Lin Manuel came back as a success! It’s beautiful!💕
