Wednesday on Netflix!! It quickly became my favorite show ever!

Hey Mike! Would love to recommend some of my favourite albums of 2022 for your end of the year catch-up :) 1. Ethel Cain - Preacher's Daughter My favourite album of the year personally (and I'm a huge swiftie so that's saying alot lol) there's just so much experimentation and genre-bending, with gorgeous songwriting and storytelling. Most of the album is self-written and produced which is insane. It tells one continuous story and the ending was so haunting that I thought about it for weeks after. So cinematic and also Ethel is a trans woman so it would be cool representation to show on the channel :) 2. MUNA - MUNA I think you listened to "Silk Chiffon" for a custom request a few months back but the whole album is for sure worth a listen. MUNA have been one of my favourite bands for a while (they opened for harry styles on his first solo tour!) But this is the first album they've released since they signed on to Phoebe Bridgers' record label. They're opening for Taylor on the Eras Tour so it would be awesome to see you listen to them before that :) They're also a queer band and their concert I went to earlier this year was just such a safe and positive uplifting space it was incredible ❤ 3. Florence and the Machine - Dance Fever This was my first Florence album and I loved it so much that I went back through her whole discography. Wonderful songwriting about what she went through in the pandemic, and Jack Antonoff did some of the production which is wonderful. Theres really beautiful themes of feminism and mental health woven through the album but it's still so much fun. 4. Rina Sawayama - Hold the Girl I loved Rina's first album "Sawayama" so much and was blown away by the fearless production choices that wouldn't normally work on a pop record. This one is completely different but just as beautiful. The songwriting is amazing and the themes of self-love and inner child healing are so emotional. Highly recommend any of these, I could talk about all of them for hours lol. Hope you're doing well and wishing you happy holidays! :)

As many commenters said, I'd love to see you react to Wednesday, the new series on Netflix. Also HSMTMTS season 3 (or at least let us know if you're not going to do it). After you finish Hill House, I would love to see Haunting of Bly Manor. It stars the actress who plays adult Nell in Hill House, Victoria Pedretti.

big femme energy vol. 1!!! I think you would love it. it's an r&b/soul project put together by femme it forward. the album is comprised of more than 14 artists, all women (except there are 2 male features). My favorite track is either Mother Nature by tayla parx, cut 'em off by kaina lede, or while I'm alive by Lauren Jauregui.

chh

also Letter to Ur Ex by Mahalia. I think it's her first EP. R&B/soul.

The EP and also the debut album from Noah Cyrus please

Oh, so many things (not necessarily for the end of the year but in general)! 🤣 I feel like always throwing things at you though. (Yes, they’ll all be bts, but know I do love your other stuff and know you can’t do everything, because time is real, sadly. I always say my number one super power I would love to have is to not need sleep - though could for enjoyment - because there is just not time for all the things.) I promise this is narrowed down even if it doesn’t seem like it of things I would love to see. 🤣 - Above all else I think I’d love to see, or to know, that you’ve seen is the festa dinner when they announce they’re going to do solo work. There is laughter and tears and shows who they are and what they’ve always been about the most. https://youtu.be/1t0iJ7F_k9Q - I think I saw people above requesting Taylor’s fan made video on each individual member, which is really good. I think that is good on history of the members and this dinner I’m suggesting more so shows their heart, both give a lot about them but in different ways. - RM’s Indigo Album Magazine Film, which covers each of the tracks with the other artists and producers. https://youtu.be/lRy8OYhLO-A - btw I’ve seen people suggesting tiny desk for Joonie and it is wonderful but he had a performance with just 200 army present and had many of the Korean artists performing with him and he told us there will be video of it posted soon and he said that there is another thing that will be coming out for indigo that he worked on the hardest that we haven’t seen yet, so I think we will be asking for one of those so maybe wait for those instead? Though definitely wouldn’t be upset with tiny desk! - Yessssss, to Hobipalooza, it is amazing for sure! If you watch try to spot when Hobi looks over to Jimin. Jimin was up on a balcony thing behind the stage to Hobi’s right, the viewers left. During moments of mentioning the tannies in sounds he looks or points up at him, though only with fancams could we see Jimin’s reactions. Very sweet. 🥺 https://youtu.be/6ak5yOmj8W8 - Their 2019 MMA performance. The performance of performances from the kings of performance, especially the 2nd half of it. It is the 37 minute one, of course, everything with bts is so long 🤣 but so worth it. https://youtu.be/k-0v1fNVdas And of course, as always the bon voyage, run bts, and in the soop seasons, but I know that takes way more commitment and planning if even possible. And their other albums, but I don’t mention them too much anymore because I know you’ll get to them when you can, but music first in importance always. 💜💚 - Saw people suggest the Christmas medley. It’s a little silly, but very festive and heart warming for the holidays. https://youtu.be/D09aWA_lhG4 for christmas I would also love Christmas love by Jimin https://youtu.be/LDPSNwJPnGY and snow flower by v/Tae https://youtu.be/2nY0spA5UL4 … they’re just songs that Jimin and Tae dropped as Christmas presents in 2020

Also the second album by Ashe, titled ‘Rae’

Oh! I forgot to mention their documentaries, which I definitely recommend but there will be one coming out next year (it seems early in the year but not positive on that) on Disney plus that is supposed to cover their career since the beginning so maybe wait for that first?
