Standing to Attention Update: Big Baby Serena (Patreon)

Recently there was a request for a Diaper variation for Standing to Attention and since requests are Premium Content, here's a regular example of the new variation. XD

Added in with have a diaper, pacifier, a big pink bow, and Serena's night time bow to fit in. So now on top of having characters stand there, you can turn them into big babies as well. XD

As for Serena, we did a diapered Serena before so makes sense to have her do it again in a shinier new version. XD
