The library is quiet. Too quiet, even for a place where silence is a tradition. Or maybe it’s just your nerves getting the better of you. But the message from LeeAllure had been very clear: “Be someplace quiet yet public at 11am.”

So here you are at 11, in the quietest public place you could think of. Standing restlessly in the mid-one hundreds, staring at the spine of Kant’s “Critique of the Power of Judgment”, and wondering what you’ve gotten yourself into. Your phone buzzes quietly in your pocket, and you accept the call without saying a word.

Or, rather, before you can say a word, Lee’s voice begins to whisper in your ear.

“I know you’ve gone someplace quiet and public for me, maybe someplace where you’re a little uncertain and off-balance, and that’s just fine, that’s exactly right. For what we’re going to do today it’s helpful if you’re poised in the space between shifting your weight from one foot to another.

“And you can just let that feeling of wavering, of teetering on the edge of something grow stronger and stronger, and the more you waver, the more you try desperately to hold onto your balance, the more uncertain your footing can feel to you, until finally I give you a little push and you just fall!

“Just like that.”

You know you’re still standing in the library, you might even be touching the shelf in front of you for balance, but in your mind you’ve fallen deeply into that space that is entranced by LeeAllure.

“And while you’re in that quiet place, you can find yourself falling deeper and deeper into trance for me, and as you’re falling deeper and deeper into trance for me, I’d like you to picture a spiral in your mind. Whatever type of spiral you want to picture is fine, maybe you can see it clearly, maybe you are just imagining the concept of a spiral, any way is good, any way that you can imagine a spiral in your mind will work.

“And while you’re imagining that spiral, I want the part of you that is having so much fun right now, the part of you that wants this moment to last more than anything, to answer a question for me.”

Do you want to be programmed to serve me?

  1. Yes
  2. No
  3. Ask questions.
  4. Go deeper.
