T/W: In the post episode discussion about some of the dark things in the episode especially regarding Jaejun and Myeong-Oh's actions, so please keep that in mind?
- - -

One of the most exciting shows we've had the pleasure of reacting to. Hope you guys enjoy this rollercoaster of a last episode, because it's awesome!

What are some of your favorite moments from The Glory? Who were some of your favorite characters, heck, who were some of your favorite characters you hated but loved?

i hated jaejun and saras actions but damn i loved their characters

Jae Jun is such a BASTARD but he’s so smooth at insulting you sometimes it leaves me impressed. At the end the only feeling I got was that I wish we had gotten more of Sara! She was always kinda just “there” which I think is appropriate for her drug addled lifestyle but when she went unhinged cus of her perception of Yeon Jin… oof I wish Moon Dong Eun had used her to her advantage more 😂

i just found sara extremely entertaining lmao, i agree tho, i feel like her ending was kinda rushed and it couldve been more interesting.

i also kinda of both hate and like how easily hyejeong got off, like compared to the others her revenge was tame. i feel like part of that is because dongeun knew she was at the bottom of the food chain

I recently watched a K drama on Amazon prime called Death's Game where Lee Do-hyun has a minor appearance and I think that's one of his most recent roles. I agree that he's going to be even more popular than he already is. He was amazing in this and he was also really good in Death's Game. I'm definitely going to check out all the other dramas he's starred in and also any future dramas he does in the future

Looking back she gave off very American mean girl vibes rather than classic Korean mean girl vibes and yes that was very interesting!!

Man you know a show is dark when getting stabbed in the neck and losing your voice is “tame” 😂 But I agree! Moon Dong Eun was probably like “that’s probably enough for her”

If you want more of Lee Do-hyun, his acting in The Good Bad Mother is his best yet, I can't wait to watch it along with you!

I think it’s also because hyejeong helped her with getting yeonjin to places or just other small things to get the plans in motion. She basically caused the issues as well with Sara and yeonjun which was funny to sre

Meruka Hinaru

I think that's my favorite character of his to date, they should definitely check out The Good Bad Mother someday! And I think The Good Bad Mother, as well as The Glory shows just how much duality he has as an actor, just amazing.

I think Hye-Jeong's punishment was poetic justice because she was always running her mouth and being quick to talk about any gossip or drama that was going on with the friend group. There are also so many times when one of them will tell her how they're tired of listening to her voice or threatening to shut her up. With her now not being able to speak, it seems like all of those moments were leading up to this being her conclusion.

The person who wrote this show is the same woman who wrote Descendants of the Sun (which Moon Dong-Geun's actress starred in), along with a lot of other hit Kdramas. A lot of people were saying she'd lost her touch, and then she dropped this. The actress who plays Moon Dong-Geun married her costar from Descendants of the Sun, and then they had a controversial divorce like two years later, for which she received a lot of criticism for. I think this was her first big role after that scandal.

Considering how much you guys adore Lee Do Hyun, you guys really need to watch a Lee Do Hyun lead drama (I won't even recommend one because whatever you choose it's going to be great because he picks good projects, may it be 18 AGAIN or The Good Bad Mother or Youth of May). He's so in demand now but I don't want to consider him as a HALLYU actor because I feel like he's better off on the same path as Yoo Ah In or Jo In Sung

You guys should watch Yoo Quiz on the Block! Lee do hyun and the actors who play ha doyeong and park yeonjin appear on it (3 different episodes so you could just watch their sections)
