I’m sorry I couldn’t get these done in time! I’ve been filming non stop while taking adequate breaks and it wasn’t possible~ but no worries!

Even if you are NOT resuming your subscription for next month, the videos listed above will be available for the public on our Patreon so you will still have access!

With my upcoming break in November, I am taking a hard look at my releases because I feel like I physically pushed myself too hard this month but on a personal level I feel as though I did not put out enough videos this month.

I need a third party perspective, specifically from you the Patrons because I cannot be unbiased against looking at myself.

I feel as though I really failed you all this month and didn’t schedule enough videos, but now I am confused by my math and I’m wondering: did I put out more this month than last year even?

It feels as though I never have time for a personal life and just reacting too much but when I’m at work I feel as though I never react to enough.

I think by my math I reacted to around 100+ ish videos this month but I’m not even sure if that is a good or bad amount in my Patron’s eyes.

I think I need to cap my filming per month because I just push myself too hard. Or maybe not enough! Maybe 100+ is less than what I used to do but I just need to take a break? So that’s why I need feedback.

Of course if you want a refund because content is late I 100% understand, DM us and we’ll issue it. I should have just taken the month off to give myself time to pack 🤷🏻‍♀️ it’s my mistake and I promised too much content but I’ll make it right 😊

Happy Halloween 🎃

This months amount of videos was satisfactory to me. I felt like the balance of drama club/anime, variety, listening parties, and bonus drops was pretty equal. And in my opinion, 100 videos is a large amount. And I think it’s worth the price of membership to ME. I don’t always have a lot of content from my favorite groups etc, but it’s still sufficient to me. And I’m looking forward to the loossemble stuff soon btw!! I’m sure you’ll love it. Heejin just had her comeback/debut today, and that was exciting as well

Also personally my biggest concern...is the fact, that there's still so many dramas, that need to be re-uploaded/fixed. Ntm...a lot of videos have disappeared lately and there hasn't been any statement about that (as far as i know). An example would be your "My Name" reactions...i could swear, that you've reacted to it, but there's no sign of it on your patreon anymore😅 Also...talking about drama club in general: I think, you should consider another system. I remember there was a short period of time, where you used to binge-watch a drama and it was much easier to keep up with posting etc. I feel like you should bring this system back. This way you can actually post more regularly and it will probably be easier for you too, if you finish a drama within a few days. Not only will you be able to keep up with the plot easier...but i also noticed, that you guys often say stuff like "i wanna watch the next episode immediately" after a reaction...and you'd be able to do that😅 I mean...you guys started watching AoS AGES ago...and you only now reached season 2. That's kinda crazy if you ask me😅 But also...this way you'd be able to get through WAY more dramas and watch a wider variety of dramas in general. Cause you only seem to react to the most popular one's...which is fine! BUT there's a lot of gems within the "lesser known" dramas too. I mean...just look at your latest post, where you guys were asking for drama requests...i saw at least 50 different shows there😅

Also can i just say: A lot of these comments are mentioning "cutting back on dramas and animes". And that's a giant NO from me. Y'all need to understand, that we're paying a lot of money for these 2 tiers. BUT a big chunk of what's supposed to be in summer/autumn tier is still unavailable. And also...it's not like we're getting 3 dramas/5 animes per month...we're getting like 4 episodes per month. Some of these shows have been ongoing for AGES. So cutting back on them would be seriously unfair towards the patreons, that subscribe towards those 2 tiers.

I was waiting for the Oneus LP for bonus drop this month I subscribed again in October just for this and drama club, I will see if there is some news about this before paying again on Nov or dic.

i've been with thid patreon for a long time (around 3 years i believe) and i'm also someone who watches a bunch of content and i enjoy it all if its kulture studies, album reactions, bonus drops, variety content, drama club and anime club. in contrary what others have said i love the bonus drops tbh. but i also understand the people who want more kulture studies. and ppl say u should just focud on groups that are ur faves but i honestly think thats exactly what u are already doing? anyway i personally loved anime club this month and somehow it has become a highlight onthid patreon for me so i hope u can keep it going bc its so much fun watching anime with yall

please don't forget too Oneus LP, too!!! I was waiting for the Oneus ,bonus drop this month😔❤️

i feel like im thinking/wanting the opposite of what a lot of other patreons want but personally im not interested in pd checking out every kpop group and every single content they have, i think thats just unrealistic to expect you to react to like 30+ different groups to satisty everyone so im fine with you reacting to just your favorite groups, it even feels better to see you react to a group that you enjoy (mostly talking about variety content or bonus drops not comebacks/debuts)

Sarahvtae

Personally i feel like you should bring back livestreams/marathons for bonus drops, live stages etc. That way you'll be able to check out a LOT of stuff within like 2-3 hours. So per month you could do like: 1x marathon for boy groups 1x marathon for girl groups 1x marathon for performances 1x marathon for new debuts 1x marathon for maybe "throwback" stuff...f.e. Old Exo stuff. That would be around 5 (maybe more) videos that are like 2-3 hours long each. With TON of content. So the rest of your time can be spent on Kulture Studies, Drama/Anime Club, Listening Parties and maybe 3-4 regular Variety shows. For Drama/Anime Club...i've made a comment about a "new" system, that could potentially help you. For Listening Parties...you could make a poll with a ton of albums and we get to vote on like 4-7 albums, that you react to per month. And for regular Variety Shows...i mean shows like f.e. GoSe, Amazing Saturday, Running Man etc. aka. shows that everyone enjoys. Shows that give a big variety of content (fun, calming, chaotic, but also sometimes makes you use your brain). This type of system would help you a LOT. It saves time. It prioritizes content, that majority of ppl can enjoy. And it allows you to not only focus on individual groups and all of their individual variety stuff...but also get to know other groups and their personalities.

I really hope, you guys read this comment. I feel like this could genuinely be helpful. And help you to get back on your feet entirely.

I think you upload so much content in a month but the reason why people aren't satisfied is because the content uploaded does not quite align with what you're putting on the calendar. You should only do content YOU actually want to do (whether that be the groups you like or are interested in, shows you actually wanna watch, and content styles you enjoy making), and spell that out very clearly in your monthly schedule. For example, in your twicelights reaction video you said you considered making twice a group you'd regularly react to/go more in-depth with on patreon, for any groups like that, list it out so people know that you're a Once or you're a Carat and your patreon content will contain lots of variety and extra reactions to their stuff because they're a group you like. Cutting your content by 50% might feel like you'll lose alot of your audience, but i think that if you make it very clear what will be released and when, people will appreciate the transparency, and you'll get more retention of membership.

I've been a long-time Patreon subscriber (probably 5 years) but I would say that for the past 2 years, about 90% of the content has not been for me, I still support it because I've been able to, and personally want to help, in a way, to see you fulfill your life goals. I feel like I preferred the Kulture studies, live streams, and listening parties more, even if the output was less than now, it gave you more space to interact and discuss more and gave the feel that you covered a much wider range of releases (whether it was from big or small company groups). Now, I think if YOU prefer keeping things as they are, where you seem to give more priority to variety series and the content as it is, then I think you should stick to what you like. Still, I do agree with a lot of people here that it'd be best to adhere to the schedule as much as possible and maybe keep some bonus drops as a mystery. that way there would be fewer misunderstandings and people who want to sub on a specific month can expect exactly what the schedule says and perhaps keep the YouTube peeps updated more frequently. PS. Even though I know the horrible experience you went through with the Vimeo stuff, It'd be great to get to a point where the majority, if not all of the older content would get restored, I often go back and check stuff from groups (Ex: Loona) when I feel like they've not been a regular here anymore and I would guess a lot of people also do for other groups

Honestly PD, you should react to content you really truly enjoy. Maybe you’ll lose some patreons but at least you’re not too hard on yourself <3 just cut some content. I think what matters the most is what you feel and how is your health 😊

ive been an on and off Patreon member for a while now, and honestly I think you just need to reduce how many videos you do. ive noticed a pattern where you get really hard on yourself, over promise on an insane amount of content, and then cant keep up or handle the schedule and expectations you've set, then get really hard on yourself again. im a bit biased bc im only watching one anime and one drama reaction, but why not put a few of the shows on hold, especially since they take so long to watch? Or maybe cut down on some variety content? I think an issue similar to this (you overworking yourself) has come up every few months for the past year or two and it seems like its usually a result of you going through a lot in your personal life (which cant be helped) and you just not being able to deliver on all the content you planned to in a timely manner. my non expert opinion is that more consistency (so maybe fewer bonus drops or less variety) and less content overall in exchange for content either you or a lot of patrons are interested in, might make the Patreon better for everyone.

Hey PD just letting you know that the SVT god of music reaction is locked despite it being in this list of things that would be unlocked since they spilled over into November?

mati

I know most folks are here for Kulture Studies but my favorite content of yours is variety reactions. That being said, always put your health first and I think it’s okay if you put out less reactions in order to feel well.

mati

To add to that, Kulture Studies should be your priority over on YouTube, not patreon. Patreon was always supposed to be about the bonus content, listeners parties etc. Meanwhile your YT channel has been suffering while you post you Kulture Studies here.
