i read the manga from the start after finishing season 1. because i got spoiled too much so i had to read it :') i wanna tell you to read it but i also dont think you should read it. especially the latest chapters :):):)

Yayayayaya this is where shit REALLY hits the fan. Some points where you might be confused. You basically got what simple domain is, it's a mini domain that can counter techniques, including domain expansion. The reason Miwa was being shown while it was being explained is because that's what her technique is. (She makes a simple domain around her then auto-slices anyone that enters it.) Mechamaru couldn't do simple domain, so the technique was stored in those spike things and could directly hurt Mahito (Doll face as you call him.) I understand the sentiment about the power system LOL. The author literally collaborated with scientists to explain Gojo's power in simpler terms.

Poor Mechamaru. We didn't get enough time with him but in just two episodes they really made us feel for his plight. Dude sat in his depressing ass basement room doing all this planning (seriously there's way more planning done than you think) to fight Mahito and Geto. Ya, he enlisted the help of the evil side but it was only so that he could get his body fixed and have a normal life with his friends. Its hard to think of what he did as a betrayal knowing all that. As for reading the manga, the Shibuya Incident is about halfway through the whole manga so far so its not that big of an undertaking (I binge-read it in 5 days). But if it's to understand some of the jujutsu concepts better, you could also just rewatch jujutsu 1 and the movie. It would be fun to rewatch it with more perspective now especially when it comes to characters such as Geto and Mechamaru. See you in the next eps PD, Blaire.

I started reading the manga from the beginning recently, and it’s great but also I am so tired and stressed and sad but I did this to myself :))) I didn’t know I could get more rocked than the demon slayer manga WHY DO I KEEP TORTURING MYSELF ☠️

The explaining of jujutsu sorcery DOESNT GET EASIER AND EVEN REWATCHING AND READING EVERYTHING DOESNT LOAD INTO MY BRAIN!! I can’t believe they made a hard magic system in jjk, my brain is too small for this helpppp

I think it’s a dangerous game getting into the manga bc all 236 chapters are released already so you can’t pace yourself like it is in the anime or where it is released monthly AND I WOULDNT UNDERESTIMATE THE EMOTIONAL TOLL OF IT, the material wasn’t intended to be read in one go and there is no stopping the impulse to click next chapter, yes it’s a joke how much trauma gege shoved into the story but if you’re someone who feels deeply connected to the characters I would advise against it for now at least it’s just,,,heart wrenching sit in your bed and not wanna get out kind of feelings you’re left with

the simple domain is what was passed down and used to counter domain expansions, not the giant mech! to put it in easier terms, simple domains basically protect you from being affected by the domain's attack. geto was impressed bc simple domain is a skill used by more powerful sorcerers typically and not high schoolers like mechamaru lol. i definitely would suggest rewatching season 1 to understand more about cursed energy and all that bc if you think jjk is technical now.. it only gets more confusing in the future if you don't understand the basics😭 i would honestly also recommend refreshing on stuff from gojos flashback arc like reverse cursed technique cause that actually is really important in the story 😭😭 i understand the struggle of trying to comprehend jjk jargon tho especially if you’re more of a casual fan. but once you get into it and actually understand everything it makes the viewing/reading experience so much better imo!!
