Not sure if anyone has said this yet, but after season 1, there are 2 OVAs that should be watched since they contribute a lot to the main plot and are manga canon. 1. "No Regrets" OVA. 2 episodes. The events in this OVA are brought up in later seasons and should not be skipped. 2. Season 1 OVA, Episode 1 only. There are about 3 episodes to the Season 1 OVAs but only the first episode called "Ilse's Notebook" is important to the plot. The other episodes are all filler and can be skipped.

Oh dude… you think this is their anthem?? (The second opening of season 1) Wait for the opening of the second season. Not only that is their ANTHEM, but that song will grow on you and then once you watch the full version live performance, you will feel like you are in heaven and you will want to protect that heaven with your full heart. And I know I am hyping this maybe too much, but the live performance (which includes also the very first opening and then the opening of season 2)… that performance is some Kpop top tier level shit and I really mean it, even fans and their “respond” is in it as if it actually was a Kpop performance. But I don’t want to spoil much, so I’m waiting for us to get to the second season, so after at least the first/a few episodes you can take a look on the performance. Levi and his speech about Eren being a monster… this show… or better to say this piece of art! I say it every time, Isayama Hajime is pure genius. Regarding Erwin… there is one big question about him, which I cannot wait for you to discuss. But I do not want to spoil anything, so I’ll be quiet for now…
