I loved hearing your feelings about this album. I laughed a little bit when you said "draw-jopping", but I completely agree! If I had to pick a favorite, it would be 1000 Miles because I connected with it emotionally the most. But Kick It For Now is such a jam. I've listened to it almost everyday since it came out and it always puts me in such a good mood! Thank you for sharing your reaction!

I mentioned under some post before that I would recommend not to check the credits before the listening to each song… I understand that you decided to check them, but the reason why I recommended that was My Bias! I remember I listened to that song and I was amazed and then I checked the credits and I was like: “DUDE!! What the heck??” So I wanted to see this kind of reaction as well, but your facial expression during listening to it was more than enough 😅🫱🏽‍🫲🏾🙏🏽 I say this all the time… EunHwi is about to be THE PRODUCER. Like when there will be a song people will be aware of EunHwi producing that. I can imagine in the future there will be a new PSY’s song and there will be in the title: “prod. by Hwi” as it was with That That and Suga. This album really is a perfect sequel to the previous one. Even the idea of having an old school music player on its cover and the previous album had an iPhone as the modern music player. And I get you why you are confused/not sure whether TaeHun or HyunSoo is singing. It’s not something against them, but for example in the case of HyunSoo they should give him more rap lines. I mentioned this before for sure, but when he raps, you know it’s him! I liked your statement about him during watching the short documentary series before their debut: “He is like Mark Lee, without knowing he has the passion for rap”, that’s basically rapper HyunSoo 😅😅 I cannot compare which album I like more. Like… Love Never Dies might be a better album as a full piece, but BoyHood has My Bias and that song is the best song by The New Six! Yeah, I love this song that much! Also… we talked about this in the previous listening party to TNX, but after this album I feel even more that Way Up (their debut mini album) should have been something like a “pre-debut mini album/testing the water thing” that could have been just on digital release. And I don’t mean it in any bad way, I love the way the physical release of that album is created, but the whole Way Up album feels so different from their unique style of Love Never Dies and BoyHood

Okay… I wrote my previous comment before you listened to the English version of Kick It 4 Now. And that song/version was the only reason why I said Love Never Dies as a full piece might be better. It’s not like I didn’t like the English version, but I was thinking: “Why didn’t they release it fully in English as just one version/song”, like nearly always when there is an English version I start to think about it this way that it would be better to have just one version at the time and when there is another version (as it is with Japanese ones) it’s after some time of the original version, so each version has their “moment/spotlight”. BUT! Your words that it makes it a full circle as it was with Love Never Dies (although they wasn’t any English version needed) made me think about this album again! And… both albums are really neck to neck and I cannot choose. Big point here is My Bias… I can imagine that because of this song I will start to like Boy Hood even more…

This is such a great album! My Bias and 1000 Miles are such beautiful songs, the latter one always makes me emotional <3 I'm so excited to hear more music from them and more songs from Eunhwi as well!

Thank you <3 I've been learning through my training that the best translation is not necessarily literal, for the words are only the tool to convey the meaning and sentiment of the original text. Which comes really obvious in translated versions of songs, because what truly matters is that the song makes us feel the same way, even if the words are changed. TNX nailed that to a T and I wanna be able to do that too!
