OK so I've been trying to figure out the weekly therapy podcast format for a long time. I thought the first episode was too blah. But I realized just now some of the most ENGAGING things we do on Patreon is when we toss philosophical questions back and forth, reading people's responses, etc. It makes me think better or differently and sometimes see things I couldn't see before!

There's a recent discussion about Eun Yu from Sweet Home and after reading the comments from this week's Sweet Home, as frustrating as I find her character, I find her to be incredibly fascinating now, and I think I've made some revelations about her and the show itself!

I think discussing "this week's drama club" would be an interesting segment for the weekly therapy podcast instead of me just speaking aimlessly. What do you guys think?

Oooh I‘d love that idea

that sounds like a great idea!!

That sounds fantastic. I think first impression is not always accurate to judge character, let alone intent. Being able to debate about it is cool

I love that idea!!! I also enjoy listening to the discussions out of the debates or questions you would ask from time to time :)

Sounds good, you could ask a question about the episode at the end of it and use those for the podcast

I think that’s a great idea. Especially because so many people leave such interesting comments

BaoziBang

I would absolutely LOVE that!

yess that sounds great! especially when certain themes happen to overlap in shows that you are watching, then it’s cool to hear your / everyone’s perspective on how they view things.

I bet people would enjoy that, but please put time stamps for the section in the description for those of us who haven't yet seen the shows & want to avoid spoilers. 🙂

Love this idea! Lately, my partner and I have taken to discussing what we think about the characters, their motivations, etc, after we watch a movie or TV show or anime that we enjoyed. We have had some very interesting and fun conversations, and some philosophical ones, too.
