I loved this album so much! I love when you can hear each member’s individual voices, and they stood out so nicely in each of the songs without sounding the same. My favorite b side has to be Complex, J’s voice in the second part of the chorus felt so emotional and Sieun’s high note at the end was insane. Black Eyed Pil-seung knows what they’re doing and I think all the girls in Stayc are so special and fit their vision perfectly.

i feel like it is a crime to listen to Love Fool but not So What from their previous album bc that is my favourite song from stayc :'). Anyways, this album is great bc they sound really good!

Complex for me, but it is really close. You should definitely check out 'So What' which was the other bside from ASAP and the So Bad remix that was included with that ep.

I love every single Stayc song so much and I'm so glad to see a rookie girl group that's actually being managed properly and words can't explain how exited I am to see where they go

I really hope Black Eyed Pilseung will keep working on their b-side, i never dislike a song coming from them. Also I really appreciate the way they don't release tons of b-side on every comeback, I like that they take it slow since their debut and work on what's best for them... Since the members are so young they're evolving really fast vocally, so I feel like it wouldn't make any sense to release a mini album on their debut.

Funny you keep referring to Black Eyed Pilseung writing Fancy for Twice because of the songs they wrote for them, Cheer Up and TT are arguably the ones that made Twice popularity what it is today (as well as achieving PAK, many Music Show wins and even a couple of Song of the Year awards) As for the dedicated production teams it's more common with small companies. Many groups I follow have one and I don't think it's a coincidence. Especially with new groups from fresh companies like Pixy (D_Answer), Tri.be (Shinsadong Tiger & LE) and STAYC.

the appreciation i want to hear from stereotype! my favorite b side is complex :D ive practically memorized the entire rap portion and can sing it in my sleep lol. also this ep solidified my bias w/ sieun bc of her powerhouse vocals (in complex and in all the other songs). i couldnt find this a couple months ago so i didnt think you reacted to it but glad to see i was proven wrong! excited to hear more of your thoughts on them in the future :D
