I can't wait for you to see what's coming. I think I've read it somewhere, but this show is really a family drama masking as a detective story. And it has such a good writing. Usually, I don't like rewatching shows, but this is like the third time I am watching it and it is not boring. I am just getting more impressed with all the hints they are giving throughout the show that just make sense retrospectively. I really can't spot any plot holes. The only thing that annoys me is the whole fake family line but I understand why it was needed. On a side note, is Korea short on good actors or smth because all good shows seem to have the same ones?

I'm glad you mentioned the blood in the water, when I was watching it I was fascinated by how they could have gotten the shots too. Also your comment on if CPR works like that underwater, if anyone knows let me know cuz that would be so interesting. I mostly was distracted by my thinking of how much the water bill would be like for that pool scene.

In the beginning, their storyline and how they met and how she kept pursuing him for years seems borderline harassment to me. I noticed in these kdramas that if a women is in love or likes a guy, she'll keep pursuing him for years even after rejection but if it's a man in love, he'd watch from afar type of deal. They make the women borderline obsessive. Idk. With FOE, I guess it's not seen that way given their personality, but what are your thoughts on their love story journey?❤

DAMN this episode was so great omg i can't wait for the next and to see if she's gonna find out he's Do Hyun Soo my theory is that the sister is the actual psychopath and she helped their father to kill people but since he had more introverted traits people always thought he was the weird one, and i actually think he is mainly a sociopath because he seems to actually care for her and even says he finally feels sorry, also in the past even before he stopped seeing his father he would ways do little things that showed he felt something (whatever it was at the time) for her without even noticing I think like stanp up in front of the store just because she was worried about being robbed or in the past episode where he helped her too when it rained btw i find so weird how their relationship began because she was so pushy and insistent even when she barely knew him that was almost creepy like that scene where she asks if he's confessing when he didn't say anything to allude that kinda reminds me of a delusional sasaeng lol

My Saturday morning routine is starting to become watching this show with you and seeing you go through the thought process. The writing is so good so many tidbits are unraveling themselves and I love it. I feel like everyone says this every episode but I can't wait for you to see the upcoming ones the show quality really does continue to incline over the next 11 episodes so don't worry. I do think the way their relationship started was odd for sure, ultimately I think it boils down to she thought he was super hot and was infatuated with him on the surface level so she just kept pursuing him until he showed interest. Like I feel in any other situation she would have given up but she kept at it long enough for actual feelings to develop on her side at least.

I actually think it's the other way around. He is a psychopath but people with psychopathic tendencies, although calculating and manipulative, don't understand basic human emotion and interaction, like him. They also can lead very normal lives without being serial killers as long as it's self-serving and beneficial to them. I think a lot of CEO's tend to have psychopathic tendencies? Sociopaths share the manipulative traits but do feel emotion. In fact they tend to have bursts of extreme emotion and leads to being very impulsive (like killing someone that pisses you off). I think this would fit with the sister more and what you said in the end about her killing the last victim. I'm not an expert but that's my theory. Loving the show and your commentary and Blair serving looks in every single video.

The reason I love flower of evil is because they solve things quickly like they don't hang around for 2 episodes trying to create situations that avoid the truth. Its fast paced and makes you keep wondering how they are going to go forward because each episode feels like a final episode with things being revealed so quickly. When I first watched this I was so shocked that by this episode everything was out in the open. It such a change of pace with how this drama is written because it isn't your normal police hiding stuff and corruption its actual active investigation. I LOVE This show!

The thing with bhs/dhs I feel like he does feel emotions but doesn't understand them because he's been told his whole life he is a monster and doesn't process them like neurotypicals do. I am neurodivergent myself and a big part of how I exist in life is through "Masking" which I developed from copying others from a young age to survive because society expects you to react to a certain way to things for example surprises cause me lot of unease because I never know what reaction people expect and even if they give you a gift that you really hate people still expect you to be grateful and smile.

Sociopath VS Psychopath Sociopath is a person who was made by the environment around them (social environment) Psychopath is born like that (psychological phenomenon). To put it simply it's "made vs born". They have all the same traits except how the disorder 'appears'. The other difference is (from what I read, don't quote me on that), apparently sociopath are a little less dangerous to people, like when they want to harm someone, compared to a psychopath.

My guess, the killer is the sister (dad could be a killer as well, or just knew about his daughter's doings). He will probably say that he dropped his watch in the taxi and when he met the taxi driver he got kidnapped. That could work and there is a catch as well, the motel lady knows that he didnt ask for a cab in the beginning. But that's just my guess :D
