So I just finished the series. Needless to say it was waterworks central. The final two episodes are uploading and will be posted tonight on Patreon.

With that said! What's next? We're going to be watching Running Girls and I-Land! Both were heavily requested. They will be a FRIDAY show but the first episodes will be posted this Sunday. 

I'm told Running Girls is only 3 episodes so for this month we'll be watching one RG and one I-Land episodes each Friday and then when Running Girls is done we'll watch 2 episodes of I-Land each week! Stay tuned :)

Can't wait for you Reaction to I-Land. All the others that I saw react to it weren't relatively new int kpop fans so re-watching it with you will be a totally different experience.

I highly recommend the show "Six Sense" for a reaction. The regular cast is composed of Yoo Jae Seok, Jeon So Min (Running Man), Jessi, Mijoo (Lovelyz) and actress Oh Na Ra and in each episode a guest comes in and with the cast they are tasked of finding which one of 3 places/persons is fake. Winners are gifted small quantity of gold and between the losers one gets extracted to shave their eyebrows (yeah that's maybe a little too much). As you can imagine by the cast the show is incredibly chaotic and random but overall the production is really good and the quality of the fake workplaces, stories and characters presented have an incredible level of detail in it which almost makes it feel like they script a little movie each time. As a viewer I like the show because it's entertaining and the effort put in it is really commendable so I think it would be fun for you to watch too. I hope you could at least check the first episode but I understand that you have a lot of requests every single day.

if you ever decide to watch a new drama, i highly recommend The Uncanny Counter. Sejeong plays in it, and it's supergood!

Also Park Jin Young's Party People, it's a 2017 music show set in a club like studio to recreate the night live experience. There are some interesting episodes like the one Sunmi, Bada and Kim Wan-sun were a part of, a sort of femme fatale battle royale (ep. 9) and episode 12 with Mamamoo. My favourite tho was episode 4 with baby Blackpink that gave a pretty complete showcase performing a medley, a danced to Beyonce's Partition and sang a cover of Miguel's "Sure Thing" in which Jennie and Lisa added one last verse. I think they did a good job writing it while the performance itself is pure bliss in my opinion.

I’m not sure if you seen it but penthouse is a really good drama and it’s extremely popular right now. It’s kind of like sky castle but X100.

if you’re looking for an interesting show after those two i would suggest busted! on netflix it’s a mystery/variety show.

Oh I-Land!! Another drama I would recommend is the uncanny counter I found it super enjoyable!

When it comes to dramas... A personal favourite of mine is Romance is a Bonus Book - it’s on Netflix. The show is about Kang Dani, a divorced, unemployed woman in her early thirties (afaik) who’s searching for a job. The show follows a book publishing company and their employees. You can tell that the creators of this show really loves stories and books - i found it very interesting and realistic the way they portrayed the production of a new book, from the authors writing their books, the editors editing it, the cover being designed, the printing of the book and the book being advertised. Idk if this sounds interesting to anyone else but I personally loved it a lot. The romance is well written too, and the characters are endearing and funny and well developed. I also really liked that the main character was a little bit older than they normally are in romance kdramas :)

For dramas, I’d recommend either Itaewon Class, Strong Woman Do Bong-Soon or (ik ik too many options) He Is Psychometric (the lead actor is Jinyoung from got7)

I highly recommend The Uncanny Counter, on the surface its a lighthearted and fun drama, but there's really a lot of depth in each characters' backstory and it's really an enjoyable watch. It stars Jo Byunggyu and also Sejeong is in it. Really such an amazing drama! Probably my favorite drama along with Hotel Del Luna.

I hope you’ll check out My Mister. IU is the lead and she does such a perfect job of portraying this tragic character. This drama is so emotional and also deals with depression and other struggles in life in such a mature way so i think you would like it as well ^^

you should watch Crash Landing on You!! It's one of my favorites (and everyone else's, it did extremely well worldwide) and it's on Netflix :) also the main leads (Hyunbin and Son Yejin) were revealed to be dating irl earlier this year!!

I AM SO EXCITED THAT YOU WILL WATCH I-LAND!!!! Although it has the usual manipulative editing and unequal screentime, I have to say it's the greatest survival show i've personally ever watched. I now love Enhypen just as much as BTS my ult group! I hope you enjoy it!!!!

What about Busted? Although it isn't a drama it is still (at least for me) worth the time, especially because of the relation between the detectives and how they work together (especially Yoo Jae Suk and Lee Kwang Soo). I love that although there is a scripted storyline surrounding the whole show, the detectives still have almost no clue as to what is happening and show you real reactions. Especially Season 2 was fun to rewatch as you finally saw and understood clues leading to the plot twist at the end of the season

I recommend My Mister! It has Lee Sun Gyun and IU and they both do such an amazing job

I'd also like to recommend My Mister. Honestly, at times it was quite difficult to watch because you get so emotionally invested in the characters, but while there's a lot of sadness and tears there's also a sense of catharsis when it's all said in done. Plus the cast is amazing and so is the production.
