Hiatus: back next week (Patreon)

An update:

The violence and rioting did escalate last night, and going out today the streets were maddening and packed. Another curfew has been issued.

We also just saw a post that apparently rioters are planning to pass through my neighborhood and will be targeting local businesses and apartments. I have a family to protect and this is causing me all sorts of stress especially because my apartment is the very first one in our building and we front face the street from a balcony.

I’m going to take a hiatus this week. Sorry for delaying but these riots are giving me a lot of anxiety. All day today I’ve been seeing Instagram stories of both peaceful protests and police in riot gear actually beating my friend’s girlfriend. It’s horrific. I’m taking the hiatus not just because I don’t feel comfortable leaving my family alone but I’m just not mentally up for it.

I promise I’ll be back next week. I’m so sorry to leave you guys on a hiatus but I really need this. I know people keep saying health and safety is more important, and sure it is, but this is also my job and everyday I don’t work on it, I’m essentially disappointing customers. I’ll for sure bulk upload when I return but I’m going to take this week off. Even reading all of YOU guys’ talk about how bad it is in your cities has me worried and making me anxious.
