Hi my friends and supporters. I just wanted to write you and explain something that you might see coming up on my Facebook page over the coming weeks - Facebook membership.

I took your advice and skipped YT memberships but I have decided to enable it on Facebook. The reason is that there is a completely different demographic on Facebook and the content is also different. But don't worry, any material I will submit in the FB membership group will go out to you as well as posts except certain "live" sessions but I will compensate with you on our weekly sessions for that!
