Good hangout as always. I was hoping in the future you would get into more detail about what is good CRM and what the hallmarks are of good crew management. While I enjoy your videos on what went wrong, of greater interest to me is the division of tasks and coordination between in air personnel and on the ground resources in determining the best course of action. For instance, while the technical aspects of Flight 1549 are interesting (angle of landing) of more significance was the interaction between the FO and CPT and also with air traffic. Sully may be a great airmen but more significantly he is a good communicator and coach. Keep up the good work and remember that we can all benefit from good CRM.
