For a scene in this coming week's storyline, I may want to use Roger's full name.

I have never really thought about it, and it's never really been necessary, but just for part of a gag, it'd be fun. Especially if it's faintly ridiculous, like his middle name's Aloysius, or something. (Though I'd want something a little less likely to be mispronounced. :) )

Kind of like the character "Bull" Shannon from the old TV show Night Court, whose real name (only used in one episode, according to IMDB) was Nostradamus Aristotle Shannon. :)

We maybe don't need to get quite that ridiculous. :)

I may wind up not using it, and I reserve the right to "mix and match", but let's hear some suggestions! :)

The first obvious humorous is Rodger Over. I think, given he propensity to radiological materials, Roger Xavier Ludwig Lennep -Röntgen should be his full name. Rodger Belvedere for the given names a close second.

Yup, that is it.

I'm of German heritage myself; per the interwebs, Roger is a German name as is. My very German grandfather was named Aloysius, so I'll tag along with Mike Ruble above and suggest "Roger Aloysius Ludwig-Röntgen III".

For the 12/21/21 strip, anyone else notice the blocks in panel 3, where R0ger mentions his parents wanted him to go to M.I.T.?

Quentin Einstein Sagan Hephestaus Smith He didn't like any of his names so picked Roger after seeing a military movie where the characters kept going "Roger, Wilco", then shooting off big guns, dropping bombs, etc. His parents had delusions of grandeur in the naming, but were stuck with Smith as a family name.

I like Roger Maximillian Hoffman III, but I kind of wish you had used Ludwig-Röntgen instead. For some reason I find that more memorable.
